The Ninja Mask is a flame-resistant cloth face covering (FRCFC) designed to reduce the volume of bio-aerosols that get put into the air from breathing, sneezing or coughing while also providing short term thermal protection to the nose, mouth and lower face.
The fabric, fit and construction are a ‘filter efficiency balance’ that is porous enough to allow for acceptable breathing, while also providing some physical resistance to bio-aerosols to help reduce the community transmission of airborne pathogens. These masks are neither a protective shroud like a balaclava nor are they a medical mask, they are a compromise between the two designed for use during pandemic events when N95 masks are not available.
The cloth face covering meets the requirements of NFPA 2112-2018 and is CAT 2 certified. The FR face mask offers a comfortable fit without ties or chemical odor. Our Ninja mask is preshrunk and comes ready to wear in a three pack. Made in our Santa Ana, California facility.
